What We Do
Infill/Residential homes (progress)
Our infill home division is at the heart of urban revival. We excel in locating mature lots in established neighborhoods with undeveloped infrastructure, or have had an existing house to be torn down. The majority of our lots feature 25’ frontage and vary in length. We’ve had success with these lots because many of our clients don’t want to move out to new suburbs.
Take a look at our pre-designed options below, all of which can be revised to suit your needs. Or, if you'd prefer, we can work with you to build the custom home of your dreams!

Parish Hall loft condominums (floor plan)
This exciting new church-to-condo conversion is located at 181 Church. Built in the 1890’s, it is one of the oldest churches in Winnipeg and will soon be listed as a historical building. The Parish Hall loft condominiums have been revised and now will feature eight units instead of six. Each unit will have a contemporary feel, but will embrace the building's character and heritage.
With nine-foot ceilings, the upper units will feature a loft master bedroom with beautifully restored exposed timber trusses. The lower units will have an exterior patio approximately four feet below grade to maintain privacy for the outside space. We are currently pre-selling/leasing units.
Property Management
In addition to offering a wide range of rental units (including duplexes, triplexes, 4plexes and single family homes), we also provide professional and attentive property management services to suit any project. Whether your looking to find a rental property, or to have us manage your portfolio directly, we'll take the time to understand your needs.

Commercial (rendering)
We are currently examining the possibility of building a three to four-storey office building that will feature fabric form work. We will be working closely with the University of Manitoba's C.A.S.T. lab to create some beautiful pieces of artwork that act as structural columns, beams, and trusses. Their work is displayed all of the world and we would love to expose more of this phenomenal technology.
